After a further break...the sills are now in place on the left side of the car.

Everything clamped in place and spirit level aligned prior to welding of the inner sill panel to the box section.

A second photo of the same alignment process from the other end. It's a challenge to get your measurements from a single point in the A pillar.

 

Just to prove it was me!  Inner sill and box section clamped together. Plug welded every inch.....it took some time :)

Trevor grinding down the plug welds.  20 mins for 5 welds.  Changed the disc....20 mins for the remaining 70!
